One of the biggest excuses for not eating healthy is not having time to cook. BULL SHIT!! STOP BEING LAZY!! Take two days out of the week and prepare some decent meals for the family that can be quickly heated up at any given time. My wife and I always have a container in the frig with seasoned grilled chicken, cooked veggies and mixed salad for quick fixing. Below is a link from
