MOBILITY VS. FLEXIBILITY




To be mobile and flexible are two components of fitness that are greatly underestimated.  Below is an article from Mensfitness.com that explains the importance of both and how to achieve them.  Above is a video explaining a great way to release body tension using a foam roller.  Foam rolling is by far the #1 way to prepare yourself for any type of training.  And it can be done when you have down time or watching TV.  Try it out.
