FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT, THE SUPER BASIC BURPEE!
We all, at some point, have to get on the ground or floor and then return to our feet. Whether it is routine such as cleaning up around the house, looking under the couch or bed, or playing with our children. Or the unexpected situation such as an emergency or active shooting where you have to get behind or under cover. Now we all have to make sure we are able to move in such a way. Enter the Super Basic Burpee or Modified Burpee. In the video I describe and go over the movement step by step. I also explain ways of incorporating the movement into you workout.
