HEAVY BAG FOR ODD OBJECT TRAINING. REAL WORLD SHIT!!
When you think of heavy bag training you probably think of the usual punching and kicking to get a workout. Of course there is nothing wrong with that type of workout and it comes in very handy when you are in law enforcement. Very functional and realistic. There is another way to train with a heavy bag. Lift it, bear hug it, squat it, slam it, and many more movements can be done with this versatile training implement. The video shows a few movements and a way to put them together using just a normal heavy bag. A heavy bag is great for odd object training. The awkwardness of the bag makes it a great total body training tool.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT, THE SUPER BASIC BURPEE!
We all, at some point, have to get on the ground or floor and then return to our feet. Whether it is routine such as cleaning up around the house, looking under the couch or bed, or playing with our children. Or the unexpected situation such as an emergency or active shooting where you have to get behind or under cover. Now we all have to make sure we are able to move in such a way. Enter the Super Basic Burpee or Modified Burpee. In the video I describe and go over the movement step by step. I also explain ways of incorporating the movement into you workout.
